Maybe you have no pets, but it is still good to be able to talk about them. Note down words for dog, cat, tortoise, chicken and guinea pig. Do you have a favourite word from this group? I know I do! Get an idea for how to practice this vocabulary … do you have, do you like, have you had, would you have … these are great structures and useful to help you practice the Spanish words for pets.
If you are going to have a pet in your house there are advantages and disadvantages, but the first thing to consider is whether you can meet the needs of the animal. Great Spanish vocabulary, and issues to think about. Please comment!
