In this lesson you can learn a few Spanish phrases in the past tense as well as a simple Spanish dialogue to buy a metro ticket. Above all, this gives you Spanish listening practice, it is comprehensible input and it will help you to speak Spanish.
Choose the Spanish you want to remember and write it down. The act of writing will help you remember, and looking back and understanding Spanish you have written yourself will give you a boost. I like to imagine myself using the language, and I think this helps. What do you do? Even if the only thing you do is watch the video, that is still good, so give yourself a pat on the back.
